環境、食材一流;烹調技術九流 (La Villa) - JJ Captain

好似好耐冇同女友食西餐撑枱腳。琴晚响Weinstube及呢度二擇其一,女友之前話想試吓呢度,小弟恭敬不如從命...

知道佢哋裝修前有一個八至九道菜嘅set dinner provide,但去到望吓個menu就揾唔到。好生失望...

侍應安排一張可隔窗望住尖東海旁嘅位子俾我哋,個view真係唔錯,女友讚口不絕,仲諗住應該係一個好夢嘅開始,點知...

先望吓menu,短短嘅一版,選擇比較少,都唔緊要la,正所謂簡而精ma。

睇 睇吓menu之際,女友忽然問其中一樣main course係乜東東嚟,我都俾佢考起,即刻叫個waiter嚟問吓,點知連佢都唔清楚,再問另外一個,竟然佢都係一頭霧水。心諗:"有冇攪錯ar",係 一間咁嘅級數嘅餐廳呢D情况係絕不可以容忍嘅。何況個menu只得一個page,理應個個waiters and waitresses都更容易背熟每個courses嘅資料la...跟住一個好似senior captain嘅物體就走上嚟解話,話個course入面係有potato嘅。哈,真係答咗等於冇答。當我問佢個dish係咪vegetarian food嚟嘅時候,佢又係答唔出...唉...算吧la...

開始對呢度嘅出品失去信心,果然冇估錯...

tuna fish salad --- grill過嘅tuna fish尤如柴皮,淡mou mou,連海鹽都唔落,差...菜及salad dressing只係普通嘢,無甚特別...

Boullabaisse --- 呢個算係全晚至好嘅,各類海鮮如蜆、青口、蝦等皆新鮮,湯有濃濃海鮮味,可惜欠缺最重要嘅番紅花粉及特有嘅dressing。不過都算收貨la..

seafood pasta with tomato sauce --- 全晚至失敗之作。spahgetti全冇al dente感覺,我以為係食緊阿活嘅蕃茄意粉。就算D seafood夠新鮮咁又點?

Grilled Angus beef wth fried french fries --- 塊扒質素係唔錯,但女友叫medium done,佢就整到一面medium done,尾嗰度就得medium rare...唉,D french fries都好食過佢...

本來想因為個view及用料嘅新鮮度而俾個OK臉佢,但諗諗厨師嘅烹調技巧,再加埋個services及價錢,就足以打個大大折扣俾佢...
